职位来源于智联招聘。 Key Responsibilities This is a rare opportunity to run a small enterprise as if it were your own, within the supportive structure of a multinational corporation. You will lead the daily operations of an English language school in [China]. You will provide quality educational experiences for a broad range of children—ages 3 to 18. To accomplish this, you will hire and mentor star faculty and staff. You will also work closely with central sales and marketing colleagues to develop promotional campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate enquiries. The inevitable result will be rapid growth in repeat, referral, and new business. Yet your keen operational eye—and your obsession with cost-consciousness—will also ensure profitability. You pride yourself in your ability to recruit, train, mentor and retain both local and expatriate teaching staff. You’re a gifted administrator. You run a tight ship to ensure your center is in compliance with all EF English Center processes, policies and procedures. You are results-driven and hands-on. You have a talent for sales, and a proven record meeting sales goals and service targets.Minimum Requirements 7 years of work experience, preferably in a service industry; 3 years in a senior management position. University degree in business, or related. International work experience or study abroad, preferred. Fluency in English, ability to communicate effectively in [Chinese]. Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.
